We are a molded pulp food packaging manufacturer from China. Using renewable plant fibers such as straw and bagasse as raw materials, we produce disposable food-contact pulp tableware and fresh-keeping packaging.

Starting from basic pulp forming, we built our own mold processing workshop and gradually mastered fluorine-free spray coating and multi-layer high-barrier lamination technology. We are familiar with EU regulations on food packaging. We accept large full-container orders, and also provide mixed-container consolidation solutions for small and medium overseas buyers.

✅ Renewable Raw Material System

Raw materials are derived from straw, bagasse and bamboo fiber. Products with compost certificates degrade only under industrial composting conditions.

✅ Full-chain In-house Production

Complete workflow: mold R&D & machining → pulp forming → spray/lamination surface treatment → pre-shipment performance test. We customize different water & oil resistance grades for different application scenarios.

✅ High-barrier Technical Advantage

We provide fluorine-free spray coating and multi-layer EVOH high-barrier lamination for cold chain, meat and ready meal preservation. Internal oxygen transmission rate and sealing tests are conducted for high-barrier products.

Full-process inspection from raw material incoming check to pre-shipment sampling. Every batch of export goods is reviewed against test report requirements.

BSCI audit reports, BRC related test reports, SGS migration and PFAS-free test reports are available.

Important note: Compostable claim applies only to finished goods with valid EN13432 certificates. Products with EVOH and other high-barrier composite films are NOT compostable. We will clarify this to customers before order confirmation.
